The Principles of Rice

The Princes of Rice wants to pay tribute to this international gastronomic heritage through an unprecedented event signed by Giancarlo Maffi in the frame of the Beach Club Versilia.

The aperitif was curated by our brand ambassador and well-known mixologist Samantha Migani, who prepared Futurist drinks for guests. The gin and tonics signed Cortese Premium Mixology were the traveling companions of the present chefs: Nicola Gronchi, Marco Cahssai, Ardit Curri, Giampiero Cravero, Giacomo Devoto, Franco Franciosi / Maki Fukuoka, Maurizio Marsili / Alessandro Lucchinelli, Fabrizio Mazzantini and Luca Angerame.

The authoritative and well-known Igles Corelli with his cacciatora rice couldn't be missing. 

Elena Ceschelli, patron of Bevande Futuriste, explained to the guests the charm of Bio Glamour through a targeted tasting of our drinks.

To conclude, a show Cooking of the starred present chefs, some risotto, a pizza declined with rice flour, the entrances, the fish seconds and grilled meat by Fabrizio Mazzantini.

I Principi del Riso, together with Bevande Futuriste, paid homage to the international gastronomic heritage of rice and to quality and Made in Italy drinking, through an unprecedented event, which wants to be repeated over the years, through in-depth analysis, contaminations and tributes to the many cultures and expressions that orbit around rice and rice fields.
